Russia’s Acron sues Uralkali over dispute of points of contract

MOSCOW, Mar 27 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer Acron and its subsidiary Dorogobuzh have filed a suit against fertilizer producer Uralkali to the Arbitration Court of the Perm Region over a dispute around several points of a December 2017 contract on the sales of potash chloride, as seen by PRIME on Tuesday in materials of the register of arbitration cases.

Acron and Uralkali declined to comment.

The court is to hear the suit, whose matter is not disclosed. on April 5.

Acron said in its annual report for 2016 that the company’s long-term contract for the purchase of potash chloride from Uralkali expire at the end of 2017. Acron said then that it planned to sign a new long-term contract, but the companies are yet to announce the signing.
